FCC Requests Parties to Reconsideration of 1997 Price Cap Review Order to Indicate Intent to Pursue Issues

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is asking parties that filed petitions for reconsideration of a 1997 order setting rules for price cap local exchange carriers to submit supplemental notices indicating whether they intend to pursue any issues in those petitions, as subsequent rule changes may have rendered some of the issues moot.
