FCC Denies Meadowlark Group, Inc. Petition to Reconsider Radio Broadcasting Report and Order

The FCC has denied a petition by Meadowlark Group, Inc. to reconsider a report and order in a radio broadcasting proceeding, effectively terminating the case. The decision was made in accordance with the 2004 report (69 FR 17070, April 1, 2004).
