Suspension of Effective Date in 47 CFR 90.1211(a)

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted a temporary stay of the deadline for Regional Planning Committees to submit plans for sharing the 4.9 GHz spectrum, originally set for July 30, 2004, until six months after the resolution of a pending petition for reconsideration.
