FCC Proposes to Expand 39 GHz Service into 37 GHz Band and Adopt Rules for 42 GHz Band

The FCC proposes to expand 39 GHz fixed microwave service into the 37.0-38.6 GHz band, and also adopt rules for the 42.0-42.5 GHz band to promote broadband wireless services, competition, and innovation.
