Extension of Comment Deadline for Small Business Spectrum Allocation Proposal

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has extended the deadline for comments on eliminating market entry barriers for small telecommunications businesses and allocating spectrum-based services to small businesses and women- and minority-owned businesses. The new deadline for filing comments is October 12, 2004, and for reply comments is November 8, 2004.
