FCC Corrects Final Rules for Telecommunications Relay Services for Individuals with Hearing and Speech Disabilities

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has corrected its final rules for telecommunications relay services (TRS) for individuals with hearing and speech disabilities, published on September 1, 2004, to address cost recovery and other matters. The correction aims to improve the provision of TRS services under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
