FCC Publishes Corrections to Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech Services Regulations

The Federal Communications Commission has released corrections to its final regulations for Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech services, which were published on August 25, 2003, in response to errors in the original document.
