FCC Terminates Reconsideration of Price Cap Carrier Reallocation of General Support Facilities Costs

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has finalized the termination of petitions for reconsideration of a 1997 order reallocating general support facility costs to incumbent local exchange carriers subject to price cap regulation, following the withdrawal of the petitions and lack of opposition.
