FCC Reallocates Channel 238C1 from Athens to Doraville, Georgia

The FCC has reallotted Channel 238C1 from Athens to Doraville, Georgia, and modified the license of Station WBTS to specify Doraville as the community of license, in response to a petition filed by CXR Holdings, Inc. and Cox Radio, Inc.
