Sunshine Act Meeting; Deletion of Agenda Item From October 14, 2004, Open Meeting

The Commission will review a petition from Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. to be classified as an incumbent local exchange carrier in Terry, Montana, and consider a proposed rule change to the payphone compensation rules and a notice of proposed rulemaking on section 251 (h)(2) of the Communications Act of 1934.
