The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition by Mountain States Radio, Inc. to reassign radio frequencies in Cheyenne and Encampment, Wyoming, including the allocation of Channel 285C2 to Encampment and Channel 229C2 to Cheyenne.
