Apex Broadcasting, Inc. Withdraws Petition for Reallotment of Channel 258C0

The Audio Division of the FCC has dismissed a petition by Apex Broadcasting, Inc. to reallot Channel 258C0 from Lake Charles, Louisiana to West Orange, Texas, following a request from the company, and will not pursue the modification of Station KBXG(FM)'s license as previously proposed.
