The FCC grants allotments for Channel 282A in Susanville, California, and Channel 269A in Portola, California, as well as modifies the license for Station KHGQ(FM) in Quincy, California, following petitions filed by Corey J. McCaslin and Eastern Sierra Broadcasting, respectively. The FCC also dismisses a counterproposal by Keily Miller for reallotment of Channel 262A from Quincy to Durham, California.
