Facilitating the Provision of Fixed and Mobile Broadband Access, Educational and Other Advanced Services in the 2150-2162 and 2500-2690 MHz Bands

In this document, a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) proposes rules concerning the Broadband Radio Service (BRS) and the Educational Broadband Service (EBS) in the 2496-2690 MHz band. The FNPRM further proposes rules to govern the transition of the 2500-2690 MHz band when the transition has not occurred according to the timeframes adopted by the FCC. The NPRM seeks comment on numerous issues concerning these proposals.
