Regulatory Meetings and Proposals from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on December 15, 2004

The FCC will consider proposals for new regulations on satellite communications, including licensing and service rules for Earth Stations on Vessels, and amend existing rules to benefit consumers of air-ground telecommunications services.
