The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied a petition for reconsideration filed by Charles Crawford, effectively terminating the proceeding related to radio broadcasting services in Crystal Beach, TX, Lumberton, TX, Vinton, LA, and Winnie, TX, as previously reported on May 21, 2004 (69 FR 29241).
