The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and New Mexico State University (NMSU) are hosting a public workshop to educate small businesses and startups about FDA food labeling regulations, scheduled for March 21-22, 2005, at NMSU's Gerald Thomas Hall in Las Cruces, NM.
