FDA Publishes Revised Compliance Policy Guide for Prior Notice of Imported Food

The FDA has released draft revisions to its Compliance Policy Guide for prior notice of imported food under the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002, providing additional guidance for routine shipments of food transported through the US.
