FDA Publishes Guidance for Automated Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) Enumeration Systems

The FDA has released a guidance document outlining the requirements for automated FISH enumeration systems to comply with special controls for Class II devices, following the classification of these systems into Class II by a final rule published in the Federal Register.
