FDA Releases Guidance on Good Review Management Principles for Prescription Drug User Fee Act Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a guidance document outlining good review management principles and practices for prescription drug products subject to the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA), as part of its efforts to implement the 2002 reauthorization of the act.
