FDA Amends Animal Drug Regulations to Reflect Limitations of Use

The FDA is updating its animal drug regulations to clarify the conditions of use for certain products, including a warning against using penicillin G procaine in calves destined for veal production, and to reflect approved withdrawal periods for penicillin G procaine in cattle.
