FDA Issues Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to Update Serving Sizes on Food Labels

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on revising its nutrition labeling regulations to reflect more realistic serving sizes, in response to recommendations from the Obesity Working Group (OWG) to address the nation's obesity problem.
