FDA Announces Draft Guidance on User Fee Waivers for HIV Treatment and Prevention

The FDA has released a draft guidance outlining the circumstances under which certain HIV treatment and prevention applications will not be subject to user fees, as well as those that may be eligible for a public health or innovation waiver.
