FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Safety Testing of Drug Metabolites

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance document titled 'Safety Testing of Drug Metabolites' that provides recommendations for assessing the safety of unique or major human metabolites of small molecule drugs under development.
