FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Bar Code Label Requirements for Human Drug and Biological Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published a draft guidance document to address questions about the application of bar code label requirements for certain human drug and biological products, which are required to display a linear bar code identifying the product's National Drug Code (NDC) number.
