FDA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Salmonella Prevention in Shell Eggs

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule on preventing Salmonella Enteritidis in shell eggs until July 25, 2005, in response to requests from interested persons.
