FDA Releases Draft Report on Establishing Food Allergen and Gluten Thresholds

The FDA has made available a draft report outlining approaches to set safe levels of major food allergens and gluten in food products, in preparation for implementing the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004.
