FDA Denies Hearing Requests and Amends Vitamin D3 Regulation

The FDA is denying requests for a hearing on the final rule allowing vitamin D3 in calcium-fortified fruit juices and drinks, and is amending the regulation to limit vitamin D3 to 100 IU per 240 mL serving. The agency is also correcting errors in the final rule.
