FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Clinical Laboratory Waiver Applications

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a draft guidance recommending an approach for determining whether a laboratory test can be performed by laboratories with a certificate of waiver under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA).
