FDA Withdraws Dietary Supplement Labeling Rule Due to Adverse Comments

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has withdrawn a direct final rule regarding the labeling of dietary supplements containing botanicals, following significant public opposition, and will instead revisit the regulation in light of comments received.
