EPA Exempts Aspergillus flavus NRRL 21882 from Tolerance Requirement for Peanuts

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Circle One, a company, from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the microbial active ingredient Aspergillus flavus NRRL 21882 on peanuts, following a petition submitted under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
