EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Revised Air Quality Plan for Pittsburgh-Beaver Valley Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Pennsylvania's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) to amend the state's 1-hour ozone maintenance plan, which reflects the use of the MOBILE6 model to update volatile organic compound (VOC) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) motor vehicle emission budgets.
