EPA Final Rule Reflecting Stay of Clean Air Act Provision

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit stayed the effectiveness of the Equipment Replacement Provision of the Clean Air Act New Source Review Routine Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement exclusion on December 24, 2003. The EPA is issuing a final rule reflecting this stay in the Code of Federal Regulations.
