EPA Reconsidering Major New Source Review (NSR) Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on three issues related to the major New Source Review (NSR) rules, which were finalized on October 27, 2003, and December 24, 2003, following petitions for reconsideration from environmental and public interest groups and states.
