Federal Agency Seeks Renewal of Air Toxics Information Collection, Submits to OMB for Review and Approval

The agency is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection, which is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2004, and is seeking public comment on the application requirements for the approval and delegation of federal air toxics programs to state, territorial, local, and tribal agencies.
