EPA to Sign Order on Georgia's Cargill Operating Permit by July 16, 2004

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement to address a lawsuit filed by Sierra Club, Georgia Forestwatch, and Newton Florist Club, which claims the EPA failed to respond to a petition challenging Georgia's Title V operating permit for the Cargill Vegetable Oil Mill.
