EPA Proposes Revision to Hawaii State Implementation Plan for Air Quality Surveillance

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Hawaii State Implementation Plan (SIP) that addresses the air quality surveillance network for particulate matter, in accordance with the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990.
