EPA Proposes Approval of New Jersey's Negative Declaration for Existing Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incinerator Sources

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve New Jersey's negative declaration, which fulfills the EPA's emission guidelines for existing commercial and industrial solid waste incinerator sources, exempting the state from submitting a plan to implement and enforce the guidelines.
