EPA Corrects Errors in Transportation Conformity Rule Preamble

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule to correct errors in the preamble of the 2004 transportation conformity rule, which addresses the new 8-hour ozone and PM2.5 national ambient air quality standards and miscellaneous revisions for existing areas.
