EPA Revokes or Modifies 58 Tolerances for Pesticides, Including Bitertanol and Dinocap

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revoked or modified 58 tolerances for various pesticides, including bitertanol and dinocap, due to changes in food uses or the expiration of existing tolerances, as required by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996.
