EPA Region VII to Delete Mid-America Tanning Co. Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region VII is issuing a notice of intent to delete the Mid-America Tanning Co. Superfund site in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, from the National Priorities List (NPL), and is requesting public comments on this decision. The EPA and the state of Iowa have determined that all necessary response actions have been completed, but future actions under Superfund are still possible.
