EPA Approves Kansas Operating Permits Program Revision to Increase Emission Fees

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Kansas Operating Permits Program, which will increase emission fees for major stationary sources, revise late fee provisions, and make other minor changes, effective for the years 2003 and beyond.
