EPA Submits Renewal of NESHAP for Primary Aluminum Reduction Plants for OMB Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of the National Emissions, Smoke, and Volatile Organic Emissions Standards for Primary Aluminum Reduction Plants (NESHAP) for a period of time, as the current approval is set to expire on September 30, 2004, and the EPA is seeking public comment on the proposed renewal.
