EPA to Delete Ralph Gray Trucking Company Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region IX is issuing a notice of intent to delete the Ralph Gray Trucking Company Superfund Site in Westminster, California, from the National Priorities List (NPL), and is requesting public comments on this notice of intent. The EPA and the State of California have determined that all appropriate response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980 have been completed.
