EPA Deletes Ralph Gray Trucking Company Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region IX has published a direct final notice of deletion of the Ralph Gray Trucking Company Superfund Site in Westminster, California, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980. The decision was made with the concurrence of the State of California, through the California Department of Toxic Substances Control.
