EPA Deletes Niagara County Refuse Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II Office has removed the Niagara County Refuse site in New York from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions and determination that the site is no longer contaminated.
