EPA Region 6 Announces Intent to Delete Agriculture Street Landfill from National Priorities List

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 is seeking public comment on its proposal to remove the Agriculture Street Landfill Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following successful removal of hazardous substances from the site, as mandated by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
