EPA Approves Washington State's Air Quality Plans for Central Puget Sound

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Washington state's plans to maintain air quality standards for carbon monoxide and ozone in the Central Puget Sound area through 2016, including updates to emissions controls and contingency measures.
