EPA Approves District of Columbia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Update

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved an update to the District of Columbia's State implementation plan (SIP) materials, which are incorporated by reference (IBR) into the plan, following a previously approved submission by the state agency.
