EPA to Add More Colorado Waters and Pollutants to 2004 Clean Water Act List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on its decision to add more water quality limited segments and associated pollutants in Colorado to the 2004 Clean Water Act list, following a July 26, 2004, partial approval and disapproval of the state's section 303(d) list submission.
